Coastal Coronavirus Precautions


With guidance from the New Jersey Department of Health (NJDOH), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and regional and local health departments, we are following all necessary guidelines and are keeping a close watch on the situation. Please be assured that we are taking all the necessary steps to ensure the health, well-being and safety of our patients, our staff and the communities we serve.

Curbside Office Check In

      • • Upon your arrival at our Neptune location, please remain in your vehicle.
      • • To initiate your check in, please call our office at 732-280-7855 and press 1.
      • • Our team will check you in for your appointment.
      • • Once we have completed the check in process, you will remain in your vehicle.
      • • When the physician is ready to see you, we will call you on your preferred phone.
      • • Masks are required for ALL in-office appointments. If you do not have any form of a mask, we will need to reschedule your appointment.

Please make sure to bring a smart phone and/or a reliable device with you to your appointment so you can access your email and/or receive text messages.

Curbside Audiology Services

We can provide curbside services for:

      • • Hearing Aid Cleaning
      • • Hearing Aid Retubing
      • • Dead or Weak Hearing Aids

This is a free charge for all Coastal patients if you bought your hearing aid at Coastal. If you know someone in need who is not a Coastal patient, please have them call our office so we can help them. We encourage them to return to their primary audiology provider when the crisis is over.

Your health is our top priority. As your caregivers, we want to ensure that we can meet your needs during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. To that end, we are asking all patients to register before coming into the office.

If you have a fever, cough and/or shortness of breath, loss of smell or taste, diarrhea, or have been exposed to someone potentially infected with the Coronavirus, please contact your primary care provider or call the NJ Department of Health at 1-800-222-1222.

Office Hours and Policies

Coastal Ear, Nose and Throat is taking all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our team and our patients. Your health is our top priority.
All Coastal locations are now open on a limited basis. We have evening and weekend hours for your convenience.

Face masks are REQUIRED for all in-office appointments. If you do not have a face mask, you will need to obtain one to enter into the building.
Valve masks are NOT PERMITTED in office as they can spread large respiratory droplets into the air.

To ensure the health, well-being and safety of our patients and our team, only the patient is allowed in the office.
For children and adult patients who require a caretaker, ONE adult may accompany the patient.

We will be taking temperatures of ALL patients and guests before entering a suite.
Patients and guests who register a temperature of 100°F or greater after two consecutive temperature checks will not be permitted to enter a suite and will need to reschedule their appointment.

    Wednesday: 8am – 4:30pm
    Thursday: 8am – 6:30pm
    Friday: 8am – 4pm

    Allergy Department
    Wednesdays: 10am – 3pm

Every Friday from 8:15am to 9:15am, Coastal will be seeing patients over the age of 65 and patients who are immunocompromised.

If you are 65 and older and/or immunocompromised and need to schedule an appointment, please call our office and our team will assist you.
