From the point of requesting an appointment to meeting and being treated by Dr Victoria Bones, my visit was excellent! Because of a recommendation I drove almost 2 hours to get to her office! I would recommend everyone to Dr Bones, caring and completely through!

I can freely recommend Dr. Bones to anyone who needs an ENT doctor. I was very impressed with her skills and ability to explain things in a way I could understand. Fantastic experience with the whole process.

The whole staff was amazing with my almost 2 year old son. The patience and understanding they showed while caring for him was amazing and so appreciated. I would recommend the Holmdel office and Dr. Bones to anyone whose small child needs to see an ENT.

Dr. Bones was so compassionate and kind explaining everything she was going to do for my son before any procedures. She made him feel comfortable, as he was nervous, and the procedures were done quickly. She is an amazing Doctor, I’m so glad we found her!

Saw Dr. Bones for first time. She is very personable, makes you feel at ease, took her time answering all my concerns. I never felt rushed. I will definitely choose her again, even though the Neptune office is 10 minutes from my house and Dr. Bones is 25 minutes. She's well with it!

I saw Dr. Bones for repeated sinus infections. She knew it was something more than usual and after several visits surgery was determined to be best bet to fix my problem. In 42 years I've never had surgery. Dr. Bones was awesome and it was as pleasant of an experience as surgery can be. Not only do I feel great now, I can breathe!!!! I can't thank Dr. Bones enough for all her help. Highly recommend paying her a visit if you're having any ENT issues.

Convenient check in. I did not spend long time in waiting room. Every staff member acted in a kind and professional manner.

Dr Bones is the most professional and knowledgeable Dr I’ve ever been to. I’ve had ear problems for a few years now and been to several Dr’s and none of them were able to remedy the issue until Dr Bones. Her bedside manor is also second to none, highly recommended!

Saw Dr. Bones for an ear ache. She provided a thorough examination, listened to my concerns and answered all questions. Clearly a very knowledgeable otorhinolaryngologist that is humane and compassionate, empathetic and supportive. Will return if needed.

Very friendly staff overall, from the front desk to the doctor. Every member greets you with a friendly hello and makes you feel so comfortable. I was afraid as any mom would be for my child to undergo surgery, but Dr. Bones reassured me that everything would be fine. She is very knowledgeable, explained everything from the initial check up to the procedure to the at home care....My 2.5 year old loves going to see Dr. Bones. 5 stars.

The people there are very kind and accommodating. The wait isn’t too long like other places where you sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes. The office is nice and clean, lots of hand sanitizer everywhere. Definitely consider going here if you have an ENT issue.

Dr. Bones was the best! I had been referred by my daughters pediatrician to evaluate for a tongue tie and Dr. Bones was so thorough, patient, and sweet with my daughter. She is so personable and does not rush you out the door. I am so glad I found her!
