Lydia Hawk, MPAS, PA-C

Lydia Hawk earned her Bachelor of Arts in Medical Studies and her Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies from DeSales University. She has been certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) since 2023.

Lydia’s journey into the medical field began as a Certified Nursing Assistant during her high school and college years, providing her with early exposure to the medical environment. In PA school, she was introduced to the ENT specialty by her clinical advisor, sparking her interest due to its diverse patient demographics and the wide range of cases it presents. She appreciates the opportunity to work in both office and hospital settings, managing cases from routine to complex. At Coastal ENT, Lydia thrives on her passion for patient care and values the collaborative learning environment with her colleagues.

Outside of her professional life, Lydia enjoys working out, reading, boating, and spending time with her loved ones, including her two mini Aussiedoodle puppies, Dover and Charlotte.

Jen earned a Bachelor of Science in Biobehavioral Health from The Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Seton Hall University. She was board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) in 2025 and has worked at Coastal Ear, Nose and Throat since July, 2025.

Jen is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to every patient she sees. She chose to specialize in ENT because it provides the unique opportunity to care for patients of all ages while managing both acute and chronic conditions. Jen enjoys balancing ongoing medical care with hands-on procedures, and she finds it especially rewarding to make a direct impact on her patients’ comfort and quality of life.

When Jen is not working, she enjoys running, boating, reading, watching Penn State football and spending time with her friends and family.

Diana McKenney, MPAS, PA-C

Diana McKenney received her Master of Health and Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Seton Hall University and her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Kean University. She has been certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) since 2010. After being introduced to the medical field by her brother, Diana became very interested in the wide variety of opportunities a physician associate offers. After working emergency department for over 9 years, she made the transition into the ENT specialty. She has always had a special interest in ENT and is excited to continue practicing medicine, as well as, successfully completing bedside procedures and being present in the operating room.

When Diana is not working as a physician’s associate, she is interested in nutrition and strength & conditioning work outs. She loves vacationing with her family and playing with her dog, Bolt!
