Coastal Ear, Nose and Throat is an independent ENT, allergy and audiology practice that is 100% devoted to patient care excellence. With locations in Neptune, Holmdel and Manahawkin New Jersey, our physicians are award winning, board-certified graduates of some of the most rigorous medical schools and training programs in the U.S. We are one of the few private practices in New Jersey where patients have direct access to physicians with advanced, specialized training in complex areas. Our audiology team consists of caring professionals who hold both Doctor of Audiology degrees and Certificates of Clinical Competence in Audiology.

AUDIOLOGIST
Join Our Team as an Audiologist in Neptune, NJ!

RESPONSIBLE TO: Director of Operations

JOB SUMMARY: Perform audiological testing for pediatric and adult patients (age 6 months and older) and perform hearing aid services for pediatric and adult patients. BAHA experience a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person

  • Doctoral degree in audiology from an accredited college or university required
  • NJ Audiology License required
  • NJ Hearing Aid Dispensing License required
  • Strong clinical skills for pediatric and adult diagnostic testing
  • Team Player
  • Ability to develop effective relationships with patients
  • Ability to conduct tests accurately and efficiently
  • Neat, professional appearance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and cheerful attitude
  • Knowledge of practice management and word processing software
  • Familiarity with billing and coding
  • Strong hearing aid sales skills

In addition to regular clinical duties, other responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Meets with physicians to discuss patient care
  • Attends team and staff meetings
  • Performs other permanent and/or temporary duties assigned by manager and/or physicians

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Doctoral degree in audiology from an accredited college or university required
  • NJ Audiology License required
  • NJ Hearing Aid Dispensing License required

Schedule

  • 8 or 10-hour shift
  • May need to work in our Holmdel and Manahawkin office on occasion.
  • Rotational Saturdays will be scheduled for all Audiologists. Weekday off when work Saturday.
Audiologists are eligible for a performance-based incentive plan at the discretion of the practice.
