Dr. McAfee graduated from the David Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN with a B.S. in Biology. He received his medical degree from the Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton, OH, where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society.
Dr. McAfee went on to complete his internship in general surgery and residency in otolaryngology at the Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, VA. While completing his residency, Dr. McAfee was awarded a grant by the Richmond Eye and Ear Foundation for his ototoxicity research. He completed his medical training with a fellowship in neurotology at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA. Dr. McAfee has published multiple clinical manuscripts, and he has presented at several national meetings. He has also written book chapters on various aspects of neurotology.
Dr. McAfee treats patients in all aspects of otolaryngology with specialization in the medical and surgical treatment of the ear.
