Filler Injections
Filler injections are used to replace volume in areas of the face that have lost their volume due to the changes of aging and the effects of gravity. Under the eyes, they can be used to smooth out the tear trough and reduce the appearance of bags and dark circles. In the cheeks, they can help restore volume and give the face a desirable triangular or “heart” shape. In the lips, they can be used to add fullness and a plump shape. Fillers can be used along the chin or jaw to help define the lower face. Dr. Goldfarb is conservative in how he uses fillers to prioritize a natural, refreshed and rejuvenated appearance.
