I had to have wax in my ears removed because I wear hearing aids the staff were courteous. They took me right on time minimum waiting The physicians assistant ,did a good job, removing the wax overall I’m pleased.
I have been going to ear specialists since I was 5 years old ! That was 70 years ago ! Seventy years of so many doctors who have had to clean out the collection of ear wax and dead skin that builds up after several mastoid surgeries. It can be very painful. But since I have gone to Lydia Hawk, Physician Assistant at Coastal Ear Nose and Throat, I can honestly say she is the best ! Cleans out my ears with no pain whatsoever. She has a great personality, making each visit a calm, comfortable experience.

So happy with my visit! Front staff was super friendly, office was easy to find and my doctor Jennifer was super informative and friendly and made me feel like a brand new woman!
