Dr. Noah Z. Feit came to medicine after his mother was diagnosed with ovarian cancer while he was beginning a career in management consulting. The experience changed the direction of his career and ultimately led him to otolaryngology, a field where he could combine medical care, surgery, and his interest in how the senses shape everyday life.

Today, Dr. Feit cares for children and adults at Coastal Ear, Nose and Throat, across a wide spectrum of ENT treatment and surgery. He is certified to perform Inspire® implants.

Being a surgeon does not mean Dr. Feit believes surgery should always be the answer. He generally exhausts appropriate nonsurgical options first and recommends an operation only when it is necessary. He takes time to explain the available choices, answer questions, and help each patient make treatment decisions that fit both the medical evidence and what matters to them.

Education & Training

Dr. Feit graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania College of Arts & Sciences before completing post-baccalaureate training at Johns Hopkins University. He received his medical degree from Weill Cornell Medical College, where he earned the John Metcalf Polk Prize for outstanding scholastic performance throughout medical school.

He completed his residency at the Medical University of South Carolina, receiving broad training across the subspecialties of otolaryngology. Dr. Feit has also published research on a range of ENT topics and presented his work at national and international conferences. His primary research focused on intranasal trigeminal dysfunction in older adults. He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery.
