Dr. Sara Bressler focuses her practice on caring for children with ear, nose, and throat conditions. As a fellowship-trained pediatric otolaryngologist, she works with young patients across a wide range of needs, from common childhood ear and tonsil problems to more complicated conditions involving the airway, sinuses, or head and neck.
Dr. Bressler has also contributed to the field through peer-reviewed research, textbook chapters, and presentations at national medical meetings. She is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery and the American Medical Association, as well as the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and Phi Beta Kappa Society.
Dr. Bressler graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience/Psychobiology. She remained at the university to earn a Master of Science in Genomic Medicine and her medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.
She completed her residency in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. Dr. Bressler then pursued additional training devoted specifically to children's ENT care, completing a fellowship in Pediatric Otolaryngology at Children's National Medical Center in Washington, D.C.
Dr. Bressler treats a full range of pediatric ear, nose, and throat conditions. Her specialties include recurring or chronic ear problems, tonsil and adenoid conditions, nasal and sinus disorders, and airway abnormalities. She also has experience treating head and neck masses and performing endocrine surgery in children, giving families access to specialized care when an ENT problem is more complex.
At age 5 daughter had adnoids and tonsils removed, wonderful service. Now at 17 just had her sinus checked and again fantastic drs.

My mother is 81 and had a nosebleed so bad that it sent us to the hospital and eventually required admission and a blood transfusion! A PA from Coastal ENT came to the ER to pack her nose to help stop the bleeding. She was wonderful. She was gentle, kind and encouraging. Just what my mother needed.Three days later we went to the office and saw Dr. Bressler. First, the staff at the office were all so personable and kind. My mother was so scared to have that packing removed as she thought it would hurt and second, she thought it would bleed again.Dr. Bressler was so sweet, very encouraging and positive. She took her time and was as gentle as possible. Unfortunately the vessel was too far back to be cauterized but it didn’t bleed. Dr. Bressler took her time explaining why it couldn’t be cauterized, how to help prevent the vessel from bleeding again, what to do if it does and what to expect if it becomes a recurring problem. She answered every question with kindness and compassion and never made us feel rushed or unimportant. You can tell she truly loves her job and loves people.I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Bressler and Coastal ENT! My oldest son may need an ENT soon. If so, I’m going to bring him to Dr. Bressler!
Just met with Dr. Sara Bresler for the 1st time who identified that my 5 year old son will need his tonsils and adenoids removed . I learned from Dr. Bresler how the enlarged tonsils and adenoids are effecting almost everything in his life negatively . She was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and kind . She was really good with my son in the appt and answered all my questions without any rush . Im very nervous for surgery but they have a pre-surgical appt separate from surgery date to go over everything . Christina - who scheduled our upcoming appts was patient and accommodating ! She could not have been nicer - and also very good with my son as we sat in her office for awhile. Happy I found Dr Bresler & Coastal ENT , I just wish I had brought him to see Dr Bresler sooner bc he really needs these things out sooner rather than later!
