The office staff is very professional. Assistants lead you to the doctor’s room and lead you out. They assist you with follow-up appointments, too.
My doctor is an accomplished physician. His bio is available on line at the center, I have complete trust in his knowledge and ability to bring me to a healthy conclusion.

The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. There was an older woman that was getting frustrated because she had to wait a very long time for her ride. The staff calmed her in a very friendly way.
The person that assisted my Dr was also very good, made me feel at ease. -
Monica was my first contact. She had me fill out the patient app and was readily available to assist when questions arose. Dr. Newkirk and staff were warm, caring, and knowledgeable. They not only addressed the current issue but gave me information regarding a concern I mentioned during the visit. Overall, good experience from beginning to end.

Dr Newkirk is an excellent doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable with a good bedside manner. His medical assistant Kristin treats me like a VIP every time. A great experience overall.

Everything was organized & done in a timely manner . Dr. Newkirk was very good with my daughter . He was kind , patient & knowledgeable & answered All of our questions along with the Nurse that assisted him .Very happy to find this place!

I called for an appointment with an issue I needed to have checked out before a surgery I'm having next week and the scheduler fit me in, so thankful for that. Dr Newkirk was very good and thorough and ordered a test to rule out that anything would interfere with my upcoming surgery. They were able to get approval from my insurance quickly and I had the test the next day. The staff and Dr Newkirk are excellent, I'd highly recommend Coastal ENT.

The front staff were friendly & efficient. Its difficult with the pandemic when you have to wear a mask and have plexiglass between you...add being hard of hearing with the inability to read lips (due to the masks) and what a disaster it could be! The staff were very kind & patient!
Dr Newark is knowledgable, gentle and understanding; easy to talk to as well. His explanations are concise and accurate and he allowed me to ask questions. Appointment time worked well; in and out in less than an hour. -
Dr. Newkirk is a phenomenal doctor who cares about your comfort and listens to you! He is knowledgeable and makes sure you understand what you need to do!
