Dr. Houston was very personable and knowledgeable about my symptoms. I felt comfortable with the plan of treatment he developed. The office staff were very helpful during each stage of my visit and I did not wait long for my appointment.

Dr. Houston took his time to share his knowledge and was very helpful. Also, they were helpful in getting my daughter fitted for earplugs so she could safely swim in the pool. The staff is patient and kind. Very organized office practice.

From the moment I walked in the staff was very pleasant & welcoming. Even though a overheard a patient Becoming very smart mouth with one of the Staff at the front desk she remained calm and very open to explaining to him what the process was, he continued to be ignore what she was trying to explain but She still remained very professional. We had a great experience with Dr. Houston! We had a really bad experience with two other ENTs. When we needed to see another one, my son's ped said "I want you to see Dr. Houston. I think he will be a good match for your family. He listens.". She was absolutely right. Dr. Houston was concise, approachable and helped put pieces together from my son's complicated medical history that other specialist did not do. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because there was a front desk woman who was a bit … More rude when I went to check on the wait time for my son's appointment.

The check-in is easy and doesn’t take long. The staff are all very friendly and remember who you are from visit to visit. The doctor is knowledgeable and easy going. Dr. Houston listens to my concerns and considers all related issues. He is careful and considerate of my comfort level during any procedures. He takes the time to thoroughly explain everything he is doing and everything he finds. I wouldn’t see any other ENT.

Dr. Houston is one of remaining “old-school” physicians that not only diagnoses and treats problems, but takes all the time in the world to address your anxiety about the problem. He has been my ENT for many years now and I would recommend him highly to anyone. You will leave the office knowing that you’ve had the best care possible! By the way, not to slight the staff…. They are also caring, kind, and patient!

We haVe used Dr. Houston for my tubes, my daughter’s tubes, and my son’s. He’s really a wonderful doctor. He is patient, explains everything in detail, and so nurturing especially with kids. We honest love the guy! He’s the best ENT we have ever worked with.

I have been seeing Dr. Houston for years, he is the best. The office is well run, staff on point, and Dr. Houston takes the time to explain things to you and I have absolute faith and trust in him. I have never had to use his services for surgery but he would be my only choice.
