Dr. Silberman has over 25 years of experience in management of Otolaryngology. He has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications and has contributed to textbook chapters in endoscopic sinus surgeries. Dr. Silberman previously practiced at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation from 1994 to 2020. During his work at Cleveland Clinic, he has served as Clinical Instructor in the Department of Surgery and Chairman of Otolaryngology at their partnering community hospital. In addition, he has served as Secretary of the Medical Executive Committee at their largest regional hospital.
Dr. Silberman was a pioneer in the implementation of minimally office-based balloon sinus surgery and served as a clinical instructor while teaching the precise technique to other physicians.
Dr. Silberman has retuned to his home state of New Jersey and prides himself with providing university level care to the community and assisting with inpatient ENT concerns and diagnoses.
He is driven by a philosophy that emphasizes compassion for each patient’s unique concerns and an appreciation that there is no substitute for truly listening to patients and their families. He looks forward to partnering with his patients to help them understand and navigate all aspects of their disease processes and improve their quality of life.
