"Three years ago Dr Goldfarb did plastic surgery on my nose because I had skin cancer and needed Moh’s Surgery! My husband and I were amazed how he closed the wound! It was quite large and it’s not detectable by anyone! Last week I had the same procedure but it was more on my face and the size of a nickel! Dr Goldfarb was my choice since he did incredible work the first time! Once again he has done another incredible plastic surgery to make this look as good as the first time ! Over the past few months, I went back and forth on whether I wanted to proceed with a full septo-rhinoplasty or just stick with a functional septoplasty. I had a very distinctive shape to my nose which I was very insecure about as well as some major problems breathing; after the surgery even though I am only a week post-op, I can breathe so much easier and comfortably! "I am about one week into my septoplasty recovery and feeling pretty good. Overall Dr. Goldfarb had great bedside manner, took plenty of time to answer my questions and from what I can tell, seems to have done a great job on the procedure. I am excited to get my stents removed and see the full fruits of his labor but I would highly recommend him for a septoplasty! I hope I don't need an ENT anytime soon, but if I do, he will be my doctor of choice."
"I had a MOHS procedure done to remove a basal cell on the bridge of my nose. Dr. Goldfarb met with me before the procedure to explain the variety of ways he could close the wound depending on its size/exact location. He answered every question I had and showed me photos of similar possible outcomes. The closure left me with stitches on the bridge of my nose and around the curve of my nostril. Three months later I can barely see the scar (completely invisible under makeup) and my nose looks like it used to. I’m very happy with my results and my experience with Dr. Goldfarb’s office. Besides the great aesthetic result everyone there was friendly and made a somewhat stressful experience as easy as it could be. Highly recommend!"

"Dr. Jared Goldfarb from Coastal ENT, is an artist. My partner had 2 mohs surgeries on 4 large basal cell cancers sites covering most of the top back side of his head. About 20 years ago he had a large cancer removed so when he developed these new cancers there wasn't much skin to pull from to close the sites. Following the 1st surgery one site was able to be closed using staples. The 2nd site which was very large had a skin stretcher applied. He then had 2 more sites that the cancer was removed from, stretchers applied and then all sites closed. Dr. Goldfarb explains everything he is doing. His bedside manor is warm and comforting. He never talks down to his patients. April, his office nurse is absolutely wonderful. Professional, warm and a credit to her profession (and mine). Marlo who sets up the surgeries and works with the insurance company guided us through the process taking a lot added stress off our plate. I would recommend Dr. Goldfarb and his staff to anyone looking for excellence and a perfect outcome. ThankyouBob &Lisa"

He walked me through the entire process, including the after procedure care. His care was meticulous and very professional. "Dr. Goldfard is a gifted plastic surgeon. He guided me through a major skin cancer repair on my face and was professional, knowledgeable and compassionate throughout the process. He assured me that I would be happy with the results if I was patient and allowed for healing and he kept his promise.
