"I’ve had chronic sinus congestion for some time now. In recent years, it had been getting worse and about three years ago I decided to seek medical intervention. I could function during the day but could barely pass air through my nose at night. 4-5 hours of sleep was about all I could muster and that was taking its toll.I found a large ENT practice with an office in Shrewsbury and started there. More than two years and multiple visits later, including a $10k turbinate reduction surgery at Monmouth Medical, zero relief. It was as if I had never set foot in their office. I was angry that so much time and my insurance company’s money was wasted on ineffective treatments.I stumbled on Coastal ENT and started over with Dr Shargorodsky. He got right to the point with a CT scan to find out WHY I could breathe through my nose. Imagine that. The practice in Shrewsbury never even suggested such an investigatory step.I had septoplasty surgery a few weeks ago and while I’m still healing, I’m already experiencing dramatic improvements. I can breathe so much easier now and I’m actually getting eight hours of sleep every night! Anyone who has experienced chronic sleep deprivation can tell you that’s huge.My positive experience doesn’t stop with Dr Shargorodsky. Every member of the Coastal ENT staff was excellent, from the front desk people to the surgical coordinator, to the surgical team, they all impressed me as competent and professional every step of the way. That’s rare in my experience.If you have the need for an ENT provider, I strongly recommend Coastal ENT. My only regret is not finding them sooner."
"I can’t speak highly enough about Dr. Jared Goldfarb and his entire team. Over the past few months, I went back and forth on whether I wanted to proceed with a full septo-rhinoplasty or just stick with a functional septoplasty. Throughout this entire process, Dr. Goldfarb was incredibly patient, supportive, and understanding. He never rushed me or pressured me into a decision, and always took the time to answer my questions thoroughly—no matter how many times I changed my mind.I’m now on day 2–3 post-op from my septo-rhinoplasty, and everything went smoothly. Recovery so far has been surprisingly manageable, and I’m feeling really optimistic. I’m so thankful for Dr. Goldfarb’s expertise, calm demeanor, and outstanding bedside manner. His entire team has been amazing, and I’m truly grateful for all the support I’ve received. Highly recommend!"
"Dr. Goldfarb is truly an amazing surgeon! I had a septoplasty and rhinoplasty and I was super scared going into the surgery but he truly made the process so smooth and easy! His office is wonderful and you really feel safe going in. Throughout the entire process he makes sure that you feel comfortable and that you know exactly what’s waiting for you! I had a very distinctive shape to my nose which I was very insecure about as well as some major problems breathing; after the surgery even though I am only a week post-op, I can breathe so much easier and comfortably! Even though the swelling still has time to go down me and my family are absolutely amazed at the results! If you want a rhinoplasty or any cosmetic procedure, I highly HIGHLY recommend going here! "Dr. Husain is an excellent doctor! I had a deviated septum and he solved it with by doing a septoplasty. I’m able to breathe easier and so far so glad I did the surgery. Dr. Husain made the process easier by making me feel comfortable to ask any questions and take the time with me."

"I am about one week into my septoplasty recovery and feeling pretty good. Overall Dr. Goldfarb had great bedside manner, took plenty of time to answer my questions and from what I can tell, seems to have done a great job on the procedure. I am excited to get my stents removed and see the full fruits of his labor but I would highly recommend him for a septoplasty! I hope I don't need an ENT anytime soon, but if I do, he will be my doctor of choice."
"Noel Barbara Filkohazi Dr Silberman did my septoplasty surgery on Friday August 19th what was supposed to take 90 minutes took over 3 hours. I kept putting my surgery off for years and my sinuses was very infected.I was in a lot of pain on Friday I get my stents out tomorrow on Wednesday I do have to say I think I'm healing pretty well no complications and the doctor did a wonderful job . I definitely would refer him"
"Your search for an ENT ends here. Dr. Husain is the definition of knowledgeable, professional and empathetic. Throughout my journey to get a Septoplasty I encountered many obstacles, and at one point I believed that I would never be able to get my quality of life back, but right as I thought the door was closed forever, Dr. Husain was there to fix it all. He went above and beyond to help me find a solution to my problem, something that sadly cannot be said about all physicians who practice. Not the best university or textbook could teach that and he has it. Please do your health a favor and schedule an appointment with Dr. Husain. Your only regret will be not booking sooner."
"Dr. Husain is great. Just left my post op from my septoplasty and I must say, great work. He recognized my issues right away and gave me a detailed explanation of all options. I was very indecisive so he gave me time to think and upon making the decision, the procedure was scheduled within 10 days. Very professional staff, friendly and well educated medical assistants. I highly recommend Dr. Husain to anyone in need of an otolaryngologist or skull base specialist. Super happy with the results. I never imagined that I would breathe this well ever again. Everytime I take a deep breath through my nose I want to call and say thank you but that might be annoying so I hope this review can relay my appreciation for the life changing work that Dr. Husain has done for me. Now I have one less flaw for my girlfriend to complain about."
