"Dr. Houston is a 5+++++++. He was amazing with my child - kind, patient, attentive - everything I could have wanted and more.The facility is new and clean.Up until my experience with the doctor, and in room staff, I'd rate our appointment a 1.There are nine check-in counters. Immediately giving off the impression that we are numbers, not patients. Trying to have a pleasant conversation with the receptionist that yelled, Next!, I was just handed an ipad. No time for small talk or human interactions.There was a larger waiting room with a ton of people and we waited just about an hour.Once we met with the doctor, again, he was amazing. But it's always disheartening when an awesome doctor is in an office with an unfriendly staff."

"My 90 year young mother required an emergency appointment, which the staff scheduled within 24 hours. Mom met with Dr. Parker who in turn managed to have her also seen by Dr. Houston. Dr. Houston was on his way out to do rounds at the hospital, but took his lunch break to see and remedy my mother’s medical condition. She was then returned to Dr. Parker for completion of her appointment. Professional, caring, gentle are a few of the words which come to mind. Thank you so very much. She left your office a much relieved patient."
"The wait time before the scheduled first test was approximately 10 minutes. After that, the next two appointments for that day were right on time. Drs. Parker and Houston were very professional and explained everything that was being tested as well as the results."

"I love the entire office - been going to Dr Houston for literally 20 years. Never an issue - he is wonderful as was Dr. Mitskavich. Dr. Macafee is also fabulous and funny. I have had only two issues in 20 years, and they were not with Dr. Houston or Mitskavich. The one time I had Dr. Engel he rushed the visit, and Dr. Bucholtz DEF does not want to be there, or, he hates the elderly. Has no patience with my father EVER. Borders on rude. He needs to check himself and be nicer to old people. If he doesn't like his job, he should go elsewhere. I am going to take my Dad to one of the other doctors there in the future. I don't normally complain, but I've had it with that guy. Just not nice."

"First time appt exceeded my expectations! Had a great experience with Dr. Houston and the team at Coastal ENT. Wait time for initial visit was only 3 days from time of initial call. Arrived and taken back to exam room within 5 min. Dr. Houston spent a great deal of time completing a very thorough exam, explaining my condition in detail and asked me several times if I had any further questions. Very surprised to see unfavorable reviews as I had the best experience possible."
