"Dr. Seth McAfee at Coastal ENT changed my life for the better! I struggled with hearing issues in one of my ears for years! After he did the surgery with no pain afterwords whatsoever my hearing returned to how it used to be before i started having issues for nearly 8 years! "The audiologist was great as she explained everything she was doing during the testing. Asked me if I had any questions and was very attentive. I see Dr. McAfee right after and he is always very caring and also explains everything to me. I have moderate hearing loss and have been going to Coastal for a few years now. I am very satisfied with the care I am getting."
"I was seen by Dr. McAfee for a follow-up visit after he put in a drain in my right ear to drain the fluid that had accumulated and so future fluid would not accumulate, so I can hear again in that ear. Because up until he put the drain in my ear I could not hear in that ear cause I was in & out of hospitals and nursing home subacute rehabs for 5-6 months to treat my stage 4 lung cancer and could not get to a ENT Doctor. So glad I finally got seen by Coastal Ear Nose And Throat, Dr. McAfee and highly recommended him."
"I had a hearing test done on 5/21 it was the second one and I was very impressed with Charlotte Parker, AuD.She takes her time to explain everything.Also saw Dr.McAfee also for a second time he tells you like it is so you can understand and make a decision on what options you have.All in all I'm very PLEASE with COASTAL .I'm still thinking about my options but I'll be going back"

"Dr. McAfee is an incredible physician and an even better surgeon. From the minute I met him upon my initial consultation to the follow up after my surgery, Dr. McAfee is the gold standard as to what a doctor should be. He explains things thoroughly, isn't in a rush, allows the patient to ask any questions or ask for further clarification and has excellent bedside manner. In my 45 years, Dr. McAfee is the best doctor I've ever had. And the office is the most organized I've ever seen."

"Amazing experience. I was able to get a SATURDAY appointment at 8:15am only a week prior to! When I called, I had assumed I would have to wait months to be seen. They’re availability is insane. I was in and out before my appointment even started which is so convenient. Normally I wait months for appointments and I’m there 2-3 hours just waiting. I think wait times and appointment availability are what truly make or break a practice no matter how good a doctor may be and this practice just blows everyone else of out the park. Dr. McAfee was super pleasant and down to earth. I’d recommend this place a thousand times over."
