"Coastal ENT is wonderful. We have visited both the Holmdel and Neptune locations. The locations are clean and inviting. But, what is even more noticable, the staff are mostly all pleasant and compassionate, especially Dr. Bones and Dr. Engel!!! Dr. Bones and Dr. Engel are both thorough, patient, empathetic, and personable. They make us feel validated and understood. The service they provide is phenomenal. "Dr. Bones is great. She is really nice and listens to everything you tell her. I went for a really bad ear infection in September and I’m dealing with a sinus infection now. She has been trying to help me to the best of her abilities. She really tries to help relieve any discomfort or pressure you may have. I highly recommend her."

"I just want to say how grateful I am for Dr. Bones at Coastal ENT in Holmdel. After being seen by a different practice and suffering unnecessary bleeding and infection from a ear wax procedure Dr Bones accommodated my last minute emergency in her office. I could not hear out of my right ear when I arrived at her office. Despite feeling scared and a bit traumatized by my previous experience I found Dr Bones to be so gentle, kind, understanding and above all else professional. Best of all after leaving her practice I could hear again. To make sure all was good I went back for a follow up a week later where she proceeded to make sure all was cleared up and healed. Doctor Bones was wonderful and I would highly recommend her. I also recommend the entire practice as they were all very accommodating. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
"After getting a bad ear infection that no one, even the hospital could figure out, I was so happy to find Dr. Bones here. She got me in quickly and the entire "new patient" process was very easy. The front desk staff have all been polite and efficient each time I've had to return for follow up appointments. So glad to have found them for my future ENT issues!"
