"They deserve more than 5 stars! The entire staff was absolutely kind and attentive. My son had surgery on June 29th, and everything went very well. Dr. Victoria Bones was excellent and empathetic; she explained everything to both my son and me. It was a quick procedure, and his recovery is going great. The staff was the best—especially Della, who speaks Spanish and helped us when my son was coming out of anesthesia. God bless you; I have no words to express my gratitude. Quickly assesed her condition and recommended appropriate testing and treatment. Most importantly, Dr. Bones quickly established a caring rapport with Mom and was able to put her at ease with her tremendous bedside manner and overall level of care and concern. "My daughter had an ear infection after her tubes were removed. I felt like her doctor at the time was not taking the time to hear what I had to say, instead, started making rush decisions without proper treatment. Decided to get a second opinion and Dr. Bones was recommended. First of all, what a wonderful experience we had. Starting with her Assistants,they were all very polite and took the time to listen and understand without speaking over me or making me feel like I did not know what I was talking about. When I met Dr. Bones and explained the situation, she took the time to properly asses my daughter and we agreed on treatment before going back into surgery. But, what is even more noticable, the staff are mostly all pleasant and compassionate, especially Dr. Bones and Dr. Engel!!! "Great experience, Miss Bones was super attentive. I had already taken her to another doctor, but it wasn't good. So, I was recommended Dr. Bones. I took my daughter to her, where she listened carefully to my complaints and treated my daughter with dedication. I really felt that my daughter was welcomed, she loved it. We had a small problem with the translator, but she remained calm and provided the care without worrying about time and caring about the patient herself. I found her to be very humanized and focused on helping improve the patient's health. We had tonsil removal surgery and everything went well. She explained the procedure so we felt safe. "Dr. Bones is a calming and very knowledgeable doctor. My daughter is very nervous and she calmly explained everything she was going to do to help my daughter's ear problem. The process was informative and smooth! Dr. Bones took her time, answered all our questions and explained the current and future process so we left the appointment feeling confident the plan will work for my daughter. Dr. Bones is a fantastic doctor and an even better human being for her compassion and patience with kids. SOOOOOO happy we chose her as our ENT and will travel to Holmdel just to see her. Dr. Bones is 5+ stars all day!!!Side note: not a Dr. Bones issue, but the website for initial scheduling is a little annoying. Originally it kept saying they had appointments available when they did not and the wait time to talk to someone was over an hour. Plus, you couldn't see appointments with all providers at all locations without going in and out of each doctor and re-entering all your info. That needs to be fixed IMO."

"Hardly had to wait (20 min's) in waiting room. Called into examination room where Dr. Bones' assistant took my information. I had discharge paperwork from Riverview hospital where Dr. Bones first saw me.Then Dr. Bones put a camera on a long tube downy nostril into my throat and she couldn't see any inflammation or any other foreign body there.I am scheduling another CAT scan today and will see Dr. Bones on May 2nd so she can read the scan results to me.So relieved that my left throat is fine now!"

"My 1st visit was for a medical clearance. Davona (front desk) greeted me as if I was the only patient there, friendly and helpful in collecting my I formation. Cameron and Victoria who work with Dr. Bones secured my medical history and didn't miss a thing so that the doctor could do what she does best, examine me and think through the plan that she sculpted for my health issue. Very warm and friendly and I felt I was in great hands with the entire staff"

It is easy to make an appointment once you get someone on the line, though getting someone on the phone is quite difficult, as there is a long wait no matter when you call. sometimes over 10 mins, easily. That is the only downside, though! Aside from that, the staff was helpful and friendly, and I was able to get in soon with my appointment, they were not delayed by weeks and weeks, which is always a plus. After being seen by a different practice and suffering unnecessary bleeding and infection from a ear wax procedure Dr Bones accommodated my last minute emergency in her office. I could not hear out of my right ear when I arrived at her office. Despite feeling scared and a bit traumatized by my previous experience I found Dr Bones to be so gentle, kind, understanding and above all else professional.
